HQ serves as our office space, registered business address, and venue space. We intend to host a variety of events here. Our space is approximately 490 square foot in area and has no windows. We would be immensely happy to see you there.
HQ is wheelchair accessible, though the building has a double-gated lift and an extended variable-surface approach to the main entrance. HQ is on the 5th floor.
HQ is an inclusive and safe space for EVERYONE.
DIRECTIONS
Spinners Mill is located a short distance from Leigh town centre. Following Chapel Street up to Manchester Road, past The Canal Turn Pub, you should spot the mill’s tall red brick chimney. By car, via the East Lancs Road (A580) is generally quickest.
Park Lane looks unassuming from Manchester Road, but rest assured: if you follow it toward the gates you’ll be met by signs for access.
Once you’re in the mill take the lift or stairs up to Floor 5 and follow the corridor straight ahead, we’re the last door on the left.
There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk of the Mill with buses from Leigh town centre, Wigan, Manchester & Warrington passing close by.
From Leigh Bus Station:
A 30 min walk OR 15 min bus journey on 609 (Stand H) / 35 / 126
approx. 15-30min. £2 single.
From Manchester:
Direct bus journey on 35 OR V1 bus + 20 min walk OR V1 bus + 609 / 35 / 126 from Leigh Bus Station.
approx. 1hr 15min. £2-4 single.
From Liverpool / Preston / Wigan:
Train to Wigan stations, then direct bus journey on 609. This bus will make a stop at Leigh bus station – stay on board and the route will continue toward Higher Folds.
approx. 1hr 45min from L’pool, 1hr 30min from Preston, 1hr from Wigan. £2-9 single.
From Warrington:
28 / 28A bus from Warrington Interchange + 10 min walk OR 28 / 28A bus + 609 / 35 / 126.

Last buses leave the Spinners Mill between 10pm and midnight. The V1 to Manchester operates a night bus service a least once per hour.
